Liquiñe Dam Project, Patagonia, Chile. Carsenio Neihual Catrilaf has been working for 40 years in Santiago before finally returning back home to realize his dream creating a small eco-camping by the river near Liquine. Now he's worried that the construction of dams upriver will ruin his business reducing the waterflow and polluting the river running by his campingground.
